@DEW_7240 LNC is always produced on-site using locally available clay, provided it is suitable. Otherwise, it is sourced from suitable nearby locations. This requires the use of Desert Control’s machinery. These machines can be purchased, leased, or, if applicable, provided as part of Desert Control’s license package. Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine the specifics of how this works for the Saudis.
