@JuIian Yes, I agree, but just take a look at the Netherlands. And I think it will be similar in Germany. Many people will go to coffee shops and buy weed there, but the black market won't be gone and it will still be used 😌
And personal cultivation should not be permitted in Germany, only commercial cultivation for marketing. 😇
And believe me, many people will simply buy in coffee shops because they can then be sure that there really is nothing else in the weed and that it is lupine pure.
