With Aktienimpuls I would like to introduce you to interesting and so far mostly undiscovered companies. The JDC Group is such a company. I had the opportunity to talk to the board of directors.

Sebastian Grabmaier: "We are a digitization platform for all types for financial and insurance products, which means we receive data for all financial products from the market, standardize them, process them and throw them back out in view systems. [...] This enables all insurance documents to be managed for the customer on the smartphone and insurance policies to be compared."

"For this year, we expect a positive cash flow of six to eight million. On the other hand, we have the luxury problem of what to do with our free money. [...] It would of course be possible to repay our corporate bond, although it would probably be better to use the extra money to acquire small companies in the market and take a closer look at one or two competitors. Only for the latter case would we initiate a capital increase. For everything we need for organic growth, so also to connect the very big customers, the investments are already there."

"Especially our new international investors say that they don't want dividends and that the money should be used for something more meaningful. As a continental European company, we are of course also dividend-friendly, but conversely we have better uses at the moment."
