I'm in Georgia (Tbilisi) right now. There's definitely enough to eat out every day for a few weeks.

I just got here!

In my opinion, it's not really that cheap anymore... and especially if you cross the street outside of a crosswalk or at a traffic light, they'll charge you 😅

@Part_Time_Joe I knew it wasn't that cheap anymore. It is the capital, after all. I think the best deals are the inexpensive "Gut und günstig" products from the German Edeka chain, which cost at least 3 to 5 times as much here. Anyone who buys those is crazy.

And the milk—with a bit of luck, you can find it on sale for 1 liter for 4 GEL, otherwise it’s around 7–9 GEL. And that’s for Georgian milk made in Tbilisi, not anything imported. I’m not stingy, but in my opinion, that’s outrageous.

I wonder how people here can get by on their salaries. And they have so many expensive cars, too 🤔

@ScorpionfromBW I've only been there on vacation. That's why I'm more familiar with restaurant prices there. But sometimes I do wonder how the locals can afford it. Oh well… have a great time there! 👍🏼
