Company bankruptcies are not the same as loan defaults. Unless the guys were too greedy and saved on credit insurance.
Cons: I actually don't like companies that work almost 100% with other people's money, as they are very vulnerable.
Pro: From my point of view, there was and is not too much goodwill in the share
