Small dividend growth in etf

$SPYD (+0,77 %) I don’t understand why in this etf the dividend doesn’t growth in five and ten years only small percent increase , the dividend aristocrats stock increase their dividend consecutively from 25 year.

When a stock becomes a dividend aristocrat they are added to the ETF. If a stock is no longer a dividend aristocrat it is excluded. This means that the stocks in the ETF change. Not as much as in other ETFs perhaps, but it influences the ETFs dividend.

other ETFs got the same problem like $FGEQ or $GGRP. Euro / Dollar makes it not better...
