Metallium: US listing on the NASDAQ

Hello dear community,

I'm sure some of the readers here have already noticed that some in $IPX (-2,67 %) or $MTM (+8,97 %) are invested. Both specialize in recycling rare earths and raw materials. The first mentioned focuses on titanium, which is indispensable for many applications.

The second, Metallium, is developing an FJH technology (FJH = Flash Joule Heating), which is a potentially revolutionary application. (Processing and recovery of mine concentrates, magnetic scrap and refinery residues) --> patented worldwide and new technology.

Now the NASDAQ listing is coming, I think that's a really good sign (From the current issue of "Der Aktionär":

Buy, buy more, hold and just forget about it for a few years, despite volatile phases.

I'm not letting any of it out of my hands and keep buying more.

It's a bet on independence from third parties such as China for critical raw materials.

Then the management can finally pay out the next bonuses again 🔥

@kellyinvestor As Multibagger has already explained in detail in his post, the bonuses are not exaggerated to the point of destroying the entire balance sheet.

@BockaufDividenden I wonder why they don't just focus on the development of the plant if it is supposed to be so promising. Why is the management now seeking a listing on the NASDAQ? After all, they still have enough funds to continue their rather low expenditure on R&D. For me, this is the next warning signal after all the others.

The inventor of the technology, Dr. James Tour, who is heavily promoting metallium, is also somewhat suspect to me. You can take a closer look. I only saw at the time that he was accused of lying and unscientific work. However, the topic was not his hobbyhorse, chemistry, but something related to religion.

Maybe I'm wrong and they really are on the verge of a breakthrough. But so far my skepticism has grown with every new piece of information.

The comparison to Tesla or Musk cited by Multibagger is not watertight in my eyes. Metallium's management has not yet achieved anything. Musk and Tesla are a different story
