@Smudeo but you have really looked wrong... Monthly payer 0.09 $ makes just under 1.20 $ in the year now you can calculate again but it comes out more than 2...
@GoDividend You're right, one decimal point too many - unfortunately, the share is also going down like a rocket, the earth driller as a dividend comforter 🤔
@tommycash it's just a little test. If that works, then I'll do the same with REalty Income. Because I bought the first still very expensive. But at the moment Realty Income is still too high for the move anyway ;-)
