Today is the ex-dividend day. That means now at 8 o'clock comes the markdown and then I can already sell again and still get the full dividend or? Thank you very much

Then you get the full dividend and the full dividend discount on the share price. All other things being equal, nothing has changed for you, so why sell today?

@Ilumi1 is a test. Will see how this mini-loss then settles. Since unfortunately everyone says something different :-(

@US-Reit-Fan-Stevie What he says is true: at the ex-dividend date, the dividend is deducted from the share price, and for some it is even lower.

@Andreas1991 but was now exactly the opposite. Got them for 512 euros bought yesterday and now sold for 514.56 euros lol

@Andreas1991 and in addition, the dividend should also come :D

@US-Reit-Fan-Stevie Congratulations, as I said then some can still fall I mean to zugucken how it works I never say what have written a few years ago my first future option to zugucken how it works.... I still watch today how it works because it brings decent money😅

@Andreas1991 I'm not familiar with that at all. I only got into shares at the end of April 2022 :D. You've been doing this for almost 10 years, right?

@US-Reit-Fan-Stevie ne just under 4 years... My first step was to deal with options then after with Buy & Hold Short story if it interests you otherwise skippen... In the beginning I looked for real estate to rent but for everything you would need somehow extremely much money and I did not want to buy on credit apartment buildings and I was looking at how I can increase my money. Then I have times on the work again on the work looked, a work colleague became on it attentively and ask what I do. Speech and answer stood and he so here look at you times the video of Bodo Schäfer times, here he explains you how to build cash flow. Well in principle he only explained the cash flow square left side are those who get money for time on the right side were investors and CEOs. Then he showed me old Jens Rabe videos which was mainly about options. There is also a video in which he shows how to set one up. I just absorbed everything like a sponge and even wanted to go to seminars etc.... And now comes the crucial I taught myself everything from morning routines to analysis (and I can't teach anyone "words of my wife"). And my colleague at work has been to quite a few seminars and only started a year after me and he asks me can you do it this way or can you do it that way. I read books for students (n book tip: Options, Futures and other Derivatives by John C. Hulk) also simple ones like the one by Beate Sander (Der Börsenführerschein) and I can say you don't need more. The important thing is just that you do not get greedy and remain realistic. If you still stayed on congratulations that was still the short version🤣

@Andreas1991 sounds really exciting. Is it possible to see your depot?
Imagen de perfil
@US-Reit-Fan-Stevie here I have only my second Depot drinnen which is for my wife so that she can stop working and start her self-employment and there are too little 100% the same trades drinnen only with more contracts. what is not in here is that I still have an option on the ES (Future S&P500) & one on the spy who if I buy them back bring about 400€.

@Andreas1991 very ingenious. Find it very interesting that you also have many from LTC. Since I also have some. But bought normally for about 32 euros :D

At a dividend of 0.009, this is a ridiculous 2%, so it wasn't even worth looking at the share.

@Smudeo but you have really looked wrong... Monthly payer 0.09 $ makes just under 1.20 $ in the year now you can calculate again but it comes out more than 2...
2
@GoDividend according to Trade Republic there is even 0,10 Euro-Cent per month ;-)

@GoDividend You're right, one decimal point too many - unfortunately, the share is also going down like a rocket, the earth driller as a dividend comforter 🤔

@Smudeo mortgage Reit... What else should happen there just... But I had not judged that at all😅
1
@Smudeo so I still get almost 7 euros at the end of the month then. Therefore, I can sell them today easily with nem mini-loss ;-)
2
@Smudeo Now at 6.96 euros, I would make a loss of 4 euros and receive a dividend of almost 7 euros ;-)

@US-Reit-Fan-Stevie it can yes everyone do and let what he wants, but very risky 3€ gross Earning goes but certainly stress-free.🤌
2
@tommycash it's just a little test. If that works, then I'll do the same with REalty Income. Because I bought the first still very expensive. But at the moment Realty Income is still too high for the move anyway ;-)
1
@tommycash and it really wasn't stress :-D I've had 100 times more stressful jobs than this :-D

Why do you want to do that? You can then also sell right before the ex-dividend, effect completely the same
1
@DomaininFuture It's just a test. Or 2 tests, actually. Firstly, whether I will really get the full dividend if I buy yesterday and sell today. 2. I want to test how the mini loss will affect the realty income dividend tomorrow. I'm curious to see whether TR will already offset something or only with the dividend from this Armour ride. I'm completely new to the game and am just testing it out a bit. The 3-5 euro loss is worth it to me ;-)
@DomaininFuture maybe I'll even make a small profit from the dividend in the end :-D ;)
@DomaininFuture had buy-in yesterday of 7.01 euros and today it was already at 7.06 euros ;-)
@DomaininFuture I have now set a limit order at 7.00 euros. If that works, I would have made a real profit at the end via the dividend ;-) And still be able to fill my loss pot a little ;-) That was my goal.
Imagen de perfil
@US-Reit-Fan-Stevie ok now I get it 🙈
1
@DomaininFuture You first have to think around the corner 3 times :D But it's really gone even better than planned :D But the taxes eat up almost everything again anyway :D
@DomaininFuture one of them even paid more than I wanted :D I think he thought he would still get the dividend if he bought it today :D lol
Imagen de perfil
Then really free money from dividends - you just have to place the order to the second.🚀🚀 - Hands off such supposedly "good" ideas.✌️
1
@tommycash I think I could even make a small profit if I sell now at the right moment. But I do not even want that ;-)
@tommycash let's see if it works with the limit order to 7.00 euros. Missing at the moment still a whole 0.04 cents there ;-) Then I would have made a profit thanks to the dividend ;-)
@tommycash have now made almost 10 euros profit :D
Imagen de perfil
@US-Reit-Fan-Stevie maybe Tipico or Copy Trading is also something for you haha 😁
1
@tommycash Ne was just a test that has now just gone in the other direction :-D
Have them now with profit vekauft, although I have as Limit-Order 6,95 Euro eingegen, has one 7,075 Euro paid. How can that be?
1
Is this ARR sustainable to give out dividends like they are now? Their payout ratio is -65% and negative EBITDA. How are they paying?
@Fizzburnt i do not know. Do not have anymore stocks from ARR ;-)

@meta Omega Healthcare. Also an awesome US ride. Almost 10% dividend.
@meta 8 euros have now stuck. 5.50 euros through dividends and almost 3 euros through the higher sale.
