It depends on how large your JnJ position is, and how your view of JnJ has changed now that the stock has risen so much.

it’s like 8% of my portfolio, exclusively the share holding $VHYL that’s big weighted in my portfolio , they have $JNJ for the last years in their top 5 and they leave it that way.
If I sell 3 stocks, I still have 80% of it beside the ETF.
I can use the money for buying cheaper stocks, holding it on the side I feel like it’s doing nothing and it’s just hard to leave it there for so long.
But selling feels like giving up on my long term hold goal. So I leave it like this, but when it reaches 65-70% I will sell 3!
