What happened here, please? 👀

$NTLA (+8,02 %) Does anyone have any idea how this sharp fall in the share price came about?


The company seemed to me to be very highly valued at one point, but there doesn't seem to be much left of it now.


Currently no longer a player in the pharma or CRISPR sector? 🧐

It's easy to explain in itself. It's a one trick fry shop whose entire market cap is based on the hope of finding some miracle cure for some ailment. The Nasdaq is full of these things and almost without exception they all end up like this place, simply because it's always a moonshot.
They reliably drop after the respective publication of their study data.

@TorteInYourFace I always ask myself the same question about some pharmaceutical companies. To what extent a lot of hope is simply placed on studies. In the end, it may come to nothing and the share prices plummet -90%
