Advantest introduces Advanced Mask CD-SEM "E3660".
Tokyo, Japan - September 9, 2025 - Leading semiconductor test equipment provider Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) today announced the release of its next-generation CD-SEM* E3660. The device is designed for dimensional measurement of photomasks and EUV masks used in modern semiconductor manufacturing. Compared to the previous generation E3650, the E3660 offers more than 20% improved CD reproducibility and enables process engineers to meet the stringent requirements of mask manufacturing in the 2nm range and beyond. By improving lithography process control in advanced device manufacturing, the E3660 supports Advantest's vision to provide end-to-end test solutions along the entire semiconductor value chain.
