New tax scheme for Non US citizens.

$WPC (+0,35 %) - I really like this REIT, but beiing located in Germany I am considering a sale with new, additional taxes going into effect for non-US citizens.

@SchlaubiSchlumpf So far it is just a bill, but considering that one can find it in a whole set of different outlets it sounds plausible that it will eventually go into effect.
