Well, if they say on 01.07.2027,
i.e
. retroactively until 30.06.2026, crypto is taxable, then it will be difficult to sell tax-free.
Incidentally, tax evasion is time-barred :D

Yes, of course. Only on the date of purchase you assumed that it would be tax-free 1 year later.
