But the company hasn't done anything wrong, stupidly speaking, has it? They have a real business, so even this horror news can't turn the company off? Total loss and all that?

@PikaPika0105 well, an arrest is already a different house number, apparently not everything is correct after all
Imagen de perfil
@Nemesis1990 So not everything is going well, but the business still exists and the partners like Henkel. Yesterday there was also news about the Chinese partners.

@PikaPika0105 Are they all true? We don't know, we can only observe .... If it is tradable again I will sell immediately .

@Nemesis1990 This would be very easy to check and if news outlets were reporting on it and it wasn't true, the companies in question would certainly have come forward long ago.
Imagen de perfil
@PikaPika0105 That is the good assumption. Unfortunately, the more likely assumption is that the CEO has set up letterbox companies via middlemen and that these businesses do not exist.

Intellego Technologies AB ("Intellego") announces that its partner, Shanghai Zhongyou Medical High Tech Co., Ltd ("LiKang"), continues to purchase Intellego's UV dosimeter products in China following positive feedback from the market. These purchases relate to Intellego's standardized UV dosimeters which are not classified as medical devices. LiKang has been selling Intellego's standard dosimeter products during the past year, and more than 1,000 hospitals have started to implement Intellego's products to quality-assure UV disinfection processes.

The use of UV disinfection is currently subject to a regulatory revision in China, which is expected to make the use of verification products such as Intellego's dosimeters mandatory. These factors, combined with strong market feedback and a growing customer base, have contributed to LiKang's increased order activity.

November 2025, Intellego's CEO, Claes Lindahl, and Chairman of the Board, Gregory Batcheller, visited LiKang in China to discuss the ongoing collaboration and future expansion. Over the past year, LiKang has carried out extensive market development work and collected substantial feedback from end users, indicating strong customer satisfaction and market potential:

95% of hospitals use colour indicators to verify UV exposure levels, while 3% use radiometers.
Approximately 88% of users of Intellego's dosimeters report being very satisfied with the products.
Around 60% consider Intellego's dosimeters significantly better than competing products, 35% find them somewhat better, and 5% rated Intellego's products below the competition.
Intellego's dosimeters are now in use at more than 1,000 hospitals in China.
A dedicated app system for the disinfection market is under review.
Regulatory revision expected in 2026, which would make the use of verification products like Intellego's mandatory on a continuous basis.
For 2026 and onwards, the sales will continue to increase based on the estimation that a hospital will spend between USD 10,000 and 20,000 per month on colour indicators to verify UV disinfection.

@PikaPika0105 if that was a lie and nobody bothered to correct it, that would be wild

@PikaPika0105 I would love it if you were right, but it could also be as suggested in the video.

Puhhhh, that hurts. I was holding on to this particular share as a long-term investment. I think my 3k will now end up with the public prosecutor. 😳

@Nemesis1990 I do it like an acquaintance. He almost gave up on himself after a few strokes of fate and didn't open any post or emails for three years.
After he caught himself and had to go to the bank for a bank transfer, he was told that he had won the main prize in an NKL lottery or something like that and it had landed in his account.
Now he's just busy traveling the world. 😂

@TradingHase 😂 Hope never dies, try it, and please get in touch 😂

@Nemesis1990 We played the lottery once. 6 rows, always different numbers. We didn't get even ONE number right in ANY of the fields.
Please work out for yourself how many numbers were left that came up and, if you can, the probability 😂
1
Imagen de perfil
@TradingHase the probability of not hitting any should probably be around 44 percent 😂you can also call it an unlucky score 😂😂😂and with 6 fields around 0.6 percent
Imagen de perfil
@Nemesis1990 let's go again... 🙈 We guessed 6 fields with 6 different numbers each and none of them were correct.
Yes, it's 6 out of 49 and we guessed 36 numbers. 😂😂

I happily bought the dip at under €3.50 and unfortunately didn't immediately sell it again at +25%.

Prosecutor: The suspicions against the arrested CEO of the stock exchange have been confirmed.
The suspicions against Claes Lindahl, the CEO of the technology company Intellego Technologies, who has been in custody since Tuesday, have been confirmed. This was reported to the newspaper Dagens Nyheter (DN) by public prosecutor Thomas Hertz from the Swedish Economic Crime Authority (Ekobrottsmyndigheten, EBM).
Background:
- Suspicion: Lindahl is suspected of serious fraud (grovt svindleri).
- Indication: The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen, FI) had reported the company on Friday. The authority believes that there is evidence that the company has misled the market at least once.
- Type of deception: The suspicions relate to several misleading statements in press releases and quarterly reports published by the company between July 4 and October 4 of this year in relation to its reported results.
- Objective: FI writes in the complaint that it is assumed that the company deliberately misled the market via its representatives in order to strengthen and defend the company's valuation.
- Consequences: Trading in Intellego shares was halted by Nasdaq on Tuesday morning and is to remain halted for the time being following a decision by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
The public prosecutor must decide by Friday at the latest whether to request that the suspected CEO be remanded in custody.

@Nemesis1990 That's not nice at all. Perhaps the short-sellers were right after all. It's hard to protect yourself against criminal machinations.
Imagen de perfil
@Multibagger Let's see if the share will be released again or if it will be a total loss. 🫣

Imagen de perfil
@Nemesis1990 Have you invested a lot?
Imagen de perfil
@MultibaggerIt's 700 euros 🫡, haven't had anything like that yet, depending on whether it is released you would have to be pretty quick to sell it. Are you still invested 💁

Imagen de perfil
@Nemesis1990 Yes, but at just under €400 it is manageable. At worst, I see it more like a KO trade with derivatives.

How long can this suspension of trading last? Does anyone have any experience?
What is the most likely scenario? Slipping to penny stock size or even worse?
How bad is this for everyone's positions?
Imagen de perfil
@Investor947292 The worst thing is probably a total loss.
