Verve Group SE, thoughts?

Hi everyone! I’m looking at $VER (-0,37 %) and wanted quick feedback from anyone who knows it or is invested. Maybe @Tenbagger2024 or @Multibagger ?😊

Mini-overview -> Verve is an ad-tech company focused on privacy-first and ID-less advertising, with a strong presence in mobile in-app.

I looked at the management and it’s not bad at all, for example Greg Coleman it’s former president of Criteo, BuzzFeed and Huffington Post. All thoughts are appreciated 🫶🏼 I hope I have introduced you to a new company you didn’t know before! I'm still considering whether to invest in it or not😉

Top investment. They fell short in the last earnings because the implementation of their software took a little longer than planned. Very good acquisitions at the end of the last quarter and think that the results at the next earnings will beat consensus expectations.

On my watchlist after reading an article in the Newspaper about them around a year ago that sounded promising. Never invested though, so far I still haven‘t been fully convinced that its addition improves my portfolio overall.
