Knowledge To Analyze Stock Health??

Hello Community,

Can anyone prove and/or provide me sources in which the $CMCSA (+1,07 %) , $ARE (-4,96 %) , $IIPR (+0,15 %) , $CHWY (+5,75 %) and $NTLA (-4,2 %) stock prices will rise during the next 2, 3 or 5 years?

I thank anyone who can share arguments that predict the rise, and/or (reliable) forecasting/estimation tools, please...

I will do a major restructuring of my portfolio and I intend to sell some of the stocks but without loss. So, I need the knowledge of anyone who can and wants to contribute.

A stock doesn't know the price at which you bought it.
The most important question, therefore, is not whether you can sell without a loss, but whether you would buy the stock again at today's price. If the answer is "no," selling is often the more rational decision.

@CaYaRo The goal is to sell without a loss, buying them or not at the lowest price predicted. That is, I can, but it is not convenient for me to buy the same stock, two, three or four times, knowing that the next purchase price will be lower than the previous one. If there is a guarantee that there will be no price increase in the medium term, the solution will be to sell briefly (even at a loss). Right?!
