Black Swan / Wild Card?

A few years ago there was already a brief hype about graphene, it is "the thinnest and mechanically strongest material in the world, is a two-dimensional structure consisting of a single layer of carbon atoms".

In my view, it therefore plays a crucial role for future applications in building materials, electrical engineering, etc. I am not a physicist and could not evaluate it physically, but I am regularly struck by reports on how versatile, robust and sustainable graphene is and can be used - the only current obstacle is the scalability of production.

What do you think? In any case, I have started with a small batch $SWAN (+3,36 %) and $FGR (+4,33 %) stocked up. This is mainly about applications in the construction sector - currently in the penny stock area, but lots of upside potential?

I work in the construction industry and graphene is definitely on the radar. At the moment, however, it is still far too expensive for widespread use. If that changes, I think it could have potential. But that will probably take some time.

@GuenDolf Thank you for your quick response. That agrees with what I've read. And that it is supposed to be a kind of super material for multiple applications. I'd have to see which "big" companies are working intensively - but under the radar - on it
