Related to the capital increase. Trading was initially suspended in Australia and then downstream in Frankfurt. The increase led to a strong dilution, which caused the share price to plummet.

The most recent and specific reason for a trading suspension of Vulcan Energy Resources shares (VUL on the ASX) was in preparation for the release of a funding announcement for the Phase One Lionheart Project.
The trading suspension was requested on December 3, 2025 to allow the company time to finalize and formally announce the details of a rights issue and placement to institutional investors.
