I took a closer look at the company and I have to say it's a really exciting discovery. Hardly anyone talks about it, but in my opinion it has enormous potential. Frequency Electronics is a real quality company with decades of experience in precision time and frequency technologies. This is an area that is becoming increasingly relevant due to quantum communication and defense technologies. I find the technological moat particularly strong: in-house development and production capacities, long-standing partnerships with government clients and a stable position in the high-tech segment. For me, this is definitely a stock that anyone with an eye for quality should have on their watchlist.

Microwave technology for drone defense is definitely an extremely exciting area, I agree. In terms of the chart, the share has already performed really strongly this year, up around 178% since the beginning of the year, i.e. almost tripled. Nevertheless, there still seems to be room for improvement. I took a look at the fair value via ChatGPT and TraderFox, and both see further potential. According to TraderFox, the fair value on a 5-year basis is around EUR 65. So it could still be interesting, I'm actually thinking about buying my first tranche or starting a savings plan.

I also see it as a long-term investment. Precisely because I recognize a certain moat. Even if profits fall slightly next year. I simply find the areas exciting, such as space travel, satellites and of course quantum technology. I feel better here than with the quantum hype stocks, which are not profitable.
