Realized losses

$EDPR (+1,74 %) This was one of my earlier investments. The pitch back then was “renewables in Spain—nothing can go wrong.” But right after I invested, the stock plummeted 45% in the first month. Since then, little to nothing has happened, so after almost two years, I’m pulling the plug on this one. The low payout and unclear dividend outlook were also deciding factors.

I reinvested a portion in $ASTS (+1,98 %) at today’s discount. I see long-term growth here. I’m still sticking with the renewables sector through $XDG7 (+0,56 %) through a savings plan.

Here’s an update from Investing on $ASTS

AST SpaceMobile is on the verge of breaking its trend line this week—and not just a little.

For over a year, the stock price has been climbing along an upward trend line, from about $20 to over $130. Now there’s a big red weekly candle, cutting right through the line. The week isn’t over yet. But if it stays this way—especially with such high volume—people won’t be jumping ship one by one; instead, many will be rushing for the exit at the same time.

Stocks like this thrive on narrative and momentum. As long as the price is rising, every dip gets bought. But once the line everyone’s watching breaks, the pattern flips: Those who are late to the party are in the red and will use any rebound to get out. “Buy the dip” turns into “sell the rip.”

Does that mean AST is done for? No. A chart says nothing about satellites, contracts, or the year 2030. It only shows what the market is willing to pay today—and right now, that’s significantly less.

Not investment advice.

Why $ASTS already? If the price stays around this level, a double top is possible. If the overall market remains volatile, I wouldn't be surprised if it drops to $40.

@jkb92 Who knows where it's all headed. Conviction

@Keineui As long as you still have money to spend, it's okay to buy more when prices go down😁

@jkb92 @KeineuiSo you're going to sit on the sidelines for now when it comes to space stocks, or what? When are you going to jump in? I think $JEDI looks like an exciting option for me right now, especially for an initial investment.

@Sebbster I prefer individual titles and wouldn't want anything to do with " $SPCX " for the life of me. That's why " $JEDI " isn't for me.

@jkb92 That would be the plan
@Keineui spacx isn't even in that ETF. At least not yet.

@Sebbster What isn't true will surely become true—otherwise, they'd just be making fools of themselves...

@Sebbster I just got back in with a small position for a trade/bounce
@jkb92 At Rocket Lab? Good luck!
