The ccf team always incorporates community feedback into innovations, so this new voting model also came about as an experiment. The first line of the post clearly indicates that this is a vote. People like to give a quick thumbs up to well-known users because they trust in good quality. I doubt that in this case the reaction was accidental or thoughtless. Every candidate deserves victory and support here.
In all seriousness, democracy is too impressionable, shouldn't the winner just be chosen by getquin.... The position in the poll, name recognition, type of voting has too much influence after all Getquin pays the winnings, getquin draws the winner from the finalists. why not
