For us, it's "off to work" 😅
But you only see a short period of time in people's lives, maybe they just don't want to do anything demanding before or after work and just play. You don't know if they do what you do on the train in the evening before going to sleep.
I (30+) sometimes thought too much about my finances and wanted to acquire too much knowledge. At some point, my head was so closed that I couldn't think about anything else. At some point you drive yourself crazy. That's not the right way either. You have to find a middle way. When I was still taking the train to work, I sometimes just looked out of the window and didn't think about anything.
30+ need to give their heads a break sometimes. May the force be with you my young padawan

@Joris and here in Austria you drive "IN" to work. I also go INTO the building...
If you Germans get ON the building, that's fine with me too 😉😂

It's probably better than looking at memes or half-naked people on Insta.
Games do at least partly challenge the brain 😂
But I think you can/(should) simply use the time more sensibly.
