I don't have the share in my portfolio myself, but this company is an absolute must in product development. I myself worked with a few applications back then and still find them up to date. They were one of the first to offer students a free version for AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit and Navisworks. From construction to mechanical design, there are many applications, and Autodesk is also used in the gaming industry for game development and rendering. I've been a believer in the company for at least 24 years, but never had it on my radar as a stock. Thanks for the reminder.

I've also seen the software in use myself, a former student colleague once showed it to me. A car door was modeled, then the physical properties of the object were entered. And then an AI ran over it in iterations and changed the shape so that the amount of material used was reduced by 40% - with the same stability. That was three years ago, when nobody was talking about AI on a broad scale.
