Hello dear community, I would be interested in what you think about Cantourage Group. The German start up makes cannabis and has been on the stock market for a few weeks. The stock is also now trading at scalable capital.

Is a hype. Except for the fact that growing the plants is currently still illegal and therefore the speculators' profit expectations are much too high, it is a normal business for any tobacco company. This will then be incorporated as a new business segment. I see absolutely no need for start-ups. What are they supposed to do better in breeding, harvesting or marketing than established tobacco companies?

Distance.
The German market for cannabis would be negligible internationally and if there were to be large waves of legalization globally, I would rather bet on BAT, PMI and the like than on a small start-up.

But in general, I don't think much of the cannabis market.

Servus, the hype that has been over for ~2 years. If you have anything left, you can gamble. The risk would be too high for me. They're sprouting up like mushrooms😉
