There is no such thing as a dip, sometimes some stocks are overvalued and sometimes undervalued. If you think it's fairly valued then it's a buy otherwise not.

I think it's a good buy now, you are paying about 12.30 times AFFO which is a very good number.

@Tycon down 15% since mid-October is a good buy for you now. Towards 60 euros you have almost 20% plus dividend
