Lilium
$LILM (+4,88 %) developer of air cabs, has filed for insolvency in self-administration and is now looking for investors.

The company has KPMG with the implementation of an M&A process and initial talks with potential buyers are to begin soon. Lilium is working on an electric vertical take-off aircraft for up to seven passengers and plans to fly routes of up to 2.000 kilometers in the future.

CEO Klaus Roewe will remain in office during the restructuring. -Handelsblatt

In my opinion, the company is underestimated. The head of the company was on the board of a global corporation for decades. I am convinced that the test flight will be successful, which will drive up the price. Then the company will have to prove itself and continue to act on investors and the ball will start rolling - I repeat: my opinion and assessment from afar. 😏
