@EugeneKrabs Yes, it was a long chain of circumstances that led to this result. In September, I placed a Bitcoin bet that Trump would win the election. I sold the bitcoins directly on the day after the election victory. This 145k bet brought me about 20k profit after tax. During this time, I closely monitored the dependency of the micro strategy on Bitcoin. Mathematically, this resulted in a leverage of about 3, whereby the increases actually brought more than the losses, so the leverage was actually slightly higher. I wouldn't have made the holding period anyway, so I invested the 145k in micro again. At the beginning of this week I took out my stake and let this last position run with sl where there was only profit left. Part of it is now invested in Kaspa. I treated myself to 3 weeks in the Maldives next year from the Bitcoin profit. I don't yet know what I'll do with the remaining 55k or so. Some of it will go back into the nest egg, some will probably be drunk away and the rest reinvested.
