Hey, I noticed that the shares of $SPGI (+0,39 %) and $MCO (+1,57 %) hardly get any attention here, why is that?

Is anyone invested or planning to be? Both have recently landed on my watchlist.

I have the impression that forums like this are generally more about either standard stocks or very speculative stocks. Such "established second-line stocks", as I would call them now, have the advantage that everyone really knows them, nor do they trigger a lot of hype, so that those who know them write a lot about them. So somewhere in the nature of things, they are not so much in focus. As @GoDividend has already said, the best way to change this is to introduce them and bring them into the discussions :)

@DieEnte7 or if you buy it and post your thoughts about it, maybe post some news about the titles you are interested in here.

Yes, $SPGI is in my custody account, runs in a savings plan and always makes up around 2.5% of my equity portfolio.

@Psychedelic_Sunflower Why did you choose S&P and not Moody's?

@User03 I flipped a coin :D These are both top companies that no one will take market share from so quickly and that are a good investment. I would have felt comfortable adding both in equal parts, but I only decided on one because I tend to have too many individual stocks in my portfolio anyway.
