@Variett He asked a question. It‘s like someone comes into a car dealership (which you own) that‘s way out of his or her price range and they ask some questions out of pure interest in the brand. Do you sue them because they leave the store without getting the Porsche?

@robiin the difference is the scale and relevance of the Person asking the question. It's a given that someone Like elon musk can move the Market with such Statements, same reason why He was forced to follow through with the purchase of Twitter.

If Buffet would ask what the Sales price of say Lucid Motors is, it would Most certainly move the market.
