Do you know why the share price went down after the announcement of the viessman deal? Do investors assume that the price is too high?

@User03 The whole thing has to be financed first. Shares plus cash (loans?) This is of course a burden in the short term. I assume .... and if your horizon is rather 1-2 years then it vllt makes sense to invest your money somewhere else. I would say 🤷🏻♂️
