I hope not on the basis of the screenshot in your post. I don't know this stock market letter provider, but there's nothing in it that hasn't been known for months and priced into the share price.
In the end, you have to decide for yourself. As far as your optimal position size is concerned, I can neither advise you to sell nor to buy in the event of falling prices. For myself and my strategy, I certainly won't be selling at the moment, but if there is another big drop, I would rather buy more. But as I said, I don't know your strategy (trading or B&H or...)

In December 2024, I invested in BioNTech because I was betting on the approval of a cancer drug and hoping for short-term profits. After further research, I realized that the company basically has a solid foundation. However, the many negative news stories have increasingly clouded my impression. The screenshot is not the only reason; I don't pay much attention to most share newsletters. I'm just overwhelmed by the situation. But thank you very much anyway. @TomTurboInvest

Don't get confused by too much information. Focus on the essentials of your approach - the oncology pipeline will give BioNTech a new cash cow! Provided they get the therapies through to approval, but that looks pretty good, but it won't be in the short term.
