Today I received a message from Scalable about $ECV (+2,09 %) and the offer for €17.50 per unit.

My current buy-in is €13.15 per share.

How are the current Encavis investors doing?

Are you accepting the offer or are you also hoping for a better price on delisting (squeeze out)?

I will send my order to accept the offer, as I think there is little chance of a higher price.

I'm not invested, but I read something about it recently. Maybe that will help you form an opinion. I really like the website, everything is very well-founded.

I am well in the plus with the position and therefore accept the offer. I think there are enough other stories that are exciting and fun in the long term.

I'm a little sad that the company is being bought up. I got in quite early, at €6 a share, and would like to hold them for all eternity.

I will accept the offer, as I do not assume that they will not receive the 54%.

How does it work technically with the order? I only received the information about the offer from scalable, but no way to respond to it.
