I decided to buy LCNB before the ex-dividend date. The share has an attractive price/book ratio and the dividend is also increased annually.
My order at $18.50 was successful.I put part of the sale of $EPD into $LCNB. I'm hoping for a higher share price and rising dividends in the long term. The price-to-book ratio is well below one (as of today Yahoo Finance 0.89) and therefore attractively valued in my opinion.
