6Sometimes there are gems in the world of low-cost shares. But when we invest in penny stocks, we need a good eye and a strong set of nerves. 📉 Here are some of my observations for potential candidates on the NASDAQ that are still trading under a dollar and are in promising industries. 🕵️♂️
1.Akoustis Technologies $AKTS (+0 %) - This company is in the business of radio frequency solutions used in 5G and WiFi technology. The demand for communication technology is growing and with the potential to increase sales, AKTS could benefit in the long term. 📡
2.Emcore Corporation $EMKR - A small player in the aerospace industry that specializes in autonomous systems and drone technology. The defense industry is interested in these technologies, which offers EMKR a potential growth opportunity in an emerging market. 🚀
3.FuelCell Energy $FCEL - This is an alternative energy company that focuses on fuel cells. The world is looking for clean energy sources and if fuel cell technology becomes more relevant, FCEL could gain significant value. 🌱⚡
These are not recommendations for everyone. Penny stocks are volatile and risky, but those who understand the risk and keep an eye on developments can see exciting opportunities in these companies. 🧐

Consumer protection in Germany warns against cryptocurrencies. Consumer protector Klaus Mueller says "The claim that cryptocurrencies are a means against inflation is complete bullshit - and economically wrong" Furthermore, he compared cryptocurrencies with certificates and leverage products saying that this is only suitable for wealthy people who have too much money. He emphasized, "If you buy cryptocurrencies, you might as well play the lottery or roulette."

Founded in 1969, FuelCell Energy is a fuel cell company based in Danbury, Connecticut. The company has also established a foothold in Germany (Traufkirchen).
FuelCell Energy sells and installs fuel cell power plants for electricity generation.
Customers include utilities, municipalities, universities, government agencies, and a number of industrial and commercial companies.
The company's carbonate fuel cell technology generates electricity directly from a hydrogen-rich fuel such as natural gas or renewable biogas by reforming the fuel in the fuel cell to produce the required hydrogen.
When a customer purchases a SureSource power plant from FuelCell Energy, they enter into a long-term relationship with a broad range of services. Furthermore, the company offers service contracts with a term of up to 20 years. Thus, the customer continues to leave money with the company.

Today a discussion topic about hydrogen. Here the opinions go quite far apart - for some it is a hype & for others the future.
General information about hydrogen:
As a fuel source, hydrogen's energy conversion is two to three times more efficient than conventional engines.
So it can be driven a further distance with less fuel. The only waste product during production is water.
Hydrogen-powered vehicles do not emit any CO2 or other harmful gases such as volatile organic compounds, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides.
Negative aspects:
The production of hydrogen is currently still very expensive and energy-intensive. Also, the cost of fuel cells and building the refueling infrastructure is too expensive.
Furthermore, only with regeneratively generated electricity - from the sun, wind or water power - can fuel cell technology be considered truly environmentally friendly.
What is your opinion on hydrogen? Does hydrogen have a future?
