This is a partial sale. The shares were sold a few weeks ago. The capital freed up was reallocated to a stock in which I currently see more potential. More on that in the next post.

Capital Transaction
Good morning, everyone,
What do you think of Rio Tinto’s capital action?
If I understand this correctly, a direct reinvestment would only be worthwhile if the reinvestment price were below the current stock price. But the reinvestment price hasn’t been announced yet...
Will the reinvestment be in newly issued shares? That would lead to earnings dilution and wouldn’t be great for the stock price.
Best regards ✌🏻
Invest the proceeds from the sale?!
Hello, I’ve sold my next property. I’d like to invest the profit as follows:
$TSWE (+0,37 %) 36k,
$VHYL (+0,09 %) 36K,
$ISPA (-0,17 %) 36K,
$JEPQ (+0,83 %) 36K,
$TDIV (-0,54 %) 36K,
$LDGL (-0,2 %) 30k
I'm also considering
$BHP (-0,42 %) 20K,
$RIO (-1,23 %) 20K, and
$O (+0,17 %) 20K
$BRK.B (+0,27 %) 30K
or directly in $BRK.B (+0,27 %) 90k, since commodity stocks are trading a bit high for me right now! This position is like a high-risk money market account for me, which should be reallocated countercyclically.
My goal is to combine further dividend growth with modest portfolio growth. I no longer need high performers myself. I can still work for another 25 years, health permitting, and perform at a high level myself.
For me personally, individual stocks belong in my portfolio. Like the icing on the cake.
However, I will continue to focus on expanding my ETF positions through future asset reallocations.
In three years, my last major property in Germany will likely be sold. By then, the portfolio should be structured to enable my children to live a free, independent life anywhere on the globe.
What do you think? Would you change anything about the ETF positions? Wait on commodities too? Or put everything into SpaceX?
Thanks for the feedback.
Are you familiar with the mechanics of covered calls, in terms of risk and limited upside?
$BRK.B as a money market account—phew. Ultimately, it’s a stock that, due to its structure, doesn’t correlate very strongly with the market, though it’s still far from having a correlation of 0 or below.
I’ll leave your last two questions about commodities and SpaceX aside. That’s something you have to figure out for yourself. You yourself say, “You don’t need high performers anymore,” but you want to invest in SpaceX (which doesn’t pay dividends). That’s a contradiction in terms, so tell me: emotions are driving your investment strategy. And no amount of facts can counteract emotions.
Rio Tinto - Share price increase and dividend
Rio Tinto ( $RIO (-1,23 %) ) paid again today. To be honest, I'm surprised that the share hasn't suffered more in the current market so far. That's fine by me, but for me it's a long-term position anyway.

LIT
A small find from the weekend in the $LIT (+0,35 %)
The charts and also the RSIs look juicy at the moment, exactly how you want to see it. The weekly RSI has turned upwards again for the first time after 4 years of correction, and quite strongly at that. After the next retest of the averages, things could get really interesting.
The composition of the stocks in the $LIT (+0,35 %) is absolutely wild.
$RIO (-1,23 %) , $ALB (-0,7 %) , $0L2T (-0,72 %) , $3750 (+0,76 %) , $TSLA (+0,88 %) , $1211 (+0,67 %) ....that always reminds me of the legendary DSF indoor tournaments with Ailton and co. The ETF could also be called Budenzauber.
Otherwise, charts from $ALB (-0,7 %) look similar. Nice breakout above the moving averages and could become interesting after the next correction.
Does anyone else happen to be watching these stocks?
First doubler of a growth share 🫠
Even on days like these, there is always something nice to see in the depot...
...last year shortly after the IPO in Hong Kong $3750 (+0,76 %) and expanded further with the first setback, and now, barely a year later, the doubling.
However, I would not take any profits here now and would also like to expand further, because in my opinion there is still room for further upside in the long term, but there should be a small setback first and if not, the position will simply continue to run (long-term runner)...
...nevertheless, CATL is now an integral part of the global energy supply and can no longer be easily replaced in this respect.
In January 2026 alone, the global market share in the EV sector was expanded to a whopping 45.2%, followed by the official inclusion in the HSI (09.03.26) and the business figures from 10.03.26 also speak a clear language...
...there have also been other positive aspects recently, such as a cooperation with $RIO (-1,23 %)
$RIO (-0,89 %) for the electrification of mining, a deepening of the cooperation with, among others $BMW (-0,31 %) in the EV sector, further partnerships and expansion in the area of swap stations and smart cities, the introduction of alternative battery concepts in the EV sector and further progress in the area of solid-state batteries, but the expansion of the maritime sector should also be kept on the radar here.
All in all $3750 (+0,76 %) is not only benefiting from its own structures, but is also becoming an integral part of the global energy infrastructure in all areas.
Number of pieces straightened
I have just bought another 5 pieces to get to a more or less even number in the portfolio (now 250 pieces).
As you know, I have a roof defect.
Today minus 7tsd
I was surprised to see that the portfolio value has fallen quite a bit today. But this is mainly due to the ex-days of $RIO (-1,23 %) and $TDIV (-0,54 %) which coincide on one day and make up a large chunk of my portfolio as positions.
Ares Capital added to the portfolio
Somehow I think I'm rebuilding the depot from @Dividendenopi after.
$BATS (-2,38 %) , $RIO (-1,23 %) , $DTE (+0,02 %) , $PFE (+0,03 %) , $ARCC (+0,07 %) - all identical.
Instead of $ALV (-0,55 %) I have $MUV2 (-0,85 %) , Instead of $HAUTO (+0,49 %) I have $WAWI (+0,81 %) . 🙂
I missed HSBC, I was too slow. The ETF position is different and @Dividendenopi there is even more "smoke" in the portfolio with other tobacco stocks...
