Your opinion on $AIX ? We'll always need semiconductors... a big drop, maybe now a possibility?

I have in the depot:

Nvidia $NVDA (-2,08 %) ,

SalesForce $CRM (+0,62 %) ,

SAP $SAP (+0,12 %)

RioTinto $RIO (-0,38 %)

and Tesla $TSLA (-0,11 %) .

Today I had to sell Aixtron $AIX had to sell.

Which share could you recommend to me? I actually have a few shares on my watchlist, but none of them are convincing me to buy at the moment.
