Better to cover the entire healthcare industry with an ETF or a single stock like J&J?

The healthcare industry is not the one I want to focus on, but it should be covered 🤔

Currently I have J&J as a savings plan. But am currently considering switching. Any advice or opinions?

Personally, I would also prefer an ETF in this case, if you expect "a lot" from a healthcare sector, you can also strengthen it again with an additional single stock 🥳

I am positive about health. Therefore also invested in this etf. Runs in the savings plan.
