regular investors just wont reproduce these numbers. 100k to 600k in 10y w/o further capital addition means ~19,6% pa. with 7% pa you need 2,3k additional investment per month. not outlandish but far from what would be needed to recreate the later jumps in value. 600k to 3,7m @ 7% pa 14,6k per month. 3,7m to 22m needs 85k per month @ 7%. thats just not gonna happen for most people.
