Is it only me that I have a problem with the automatic connection with Revolut with my portfolio? and for no reason, it says, Please try again. I entered all my credentials correctly. What is happening? Are there any ideas out there? #revolut

Does this happen before or after the 2 factor authentification?

@Kundenservice it happens before the 2 factor most of the time, but some times i pass the 2 factor and then in the revolut app, it says try again.

@smouki_13 We reached out to the service provider of the open banking and wait for their response currently.
The open banking is not being developed or maintained by getquin.
Responsible for this is a licensed third party provider.

Hey there! I am also trying to connect my revolut account and I am not able to. It just ends in Internal Server Error when I introduce my credentials, does not even try the 2 Factor Authentication in app. @Kundenservice

@thisDash Do you try it on web or in the mobile app?
@Kundenservice In both. But after like 15 retries, I got it to work. When I got to the Revolut app approval of new access, the location was always off and ended up in error. But the one time it worked, the location was correct.

We will inform the service provider of the open banking about this, so they can check this.
