was ist eure Meinung zu $ABR (+0,22 %) ?

Ist die Aktie auch was für längerfristig?

Denkt Ihr, dass das ATH vor dem ImmoCrash wieder erreicht wird?

Nach meiner Einschätzung ein sehr guter Dividendenzahler:

+ Aktuelle Dividendenrendite (12,40%)
+ Dividendenrendite 10J. (9,46%)
+ Kontinuität (10J.)
+ Wachstum 5J. (11,71%)

Das Payout 3J. könnte besser sein (80,70%).
Sehe keinen Grund, warum sich das ändern sollte. Aber man weiß ja nie 🤷🏼✌🏻

Strong company, lots of short interest tho so I keep the position small at 200 shares. Should benefit a lot from lower interest rates so still a good pick mid term, not sure if its the most safest long term holding tho!
