Milestone reached ✅

attachment

As it is customary here to post your personal milestones, I will now do so for the first time.

I also just want to capture this moment for myself before the orange man from America goes crazy again.

On July 14, 2025, I finally reached my first €100,000 at the age of just 26.

It's crazy how quickly so much can change within a year.

Next goal: €200,000

$RKLB (+2.34%)

Definitely one of the wildest portfolios on this platform. I look at the positions and have sweaty palms 🫣. Your success proves you right, but that's already lump risk his great-grandfather 😅

@Bezehgombjuderstimme At the beginning I didn't want to bet so much on one share either, but then Rocket Lab didn't stop rising and at some point I wanted to go all in and it paid off. 😅 I'm still convinced.

@Shiya I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Have you set up a sell order so as not to lose too much in case the thing crashes?
1
profile image
That's what I call a trade, great!
1
profile image
@Bezehgombjuderstimme No, I have not, as I am convinced of the company in the long term and believe that the next 3-5 years will be wild. 🚀

But I won't be buying any more. I'm building up cash now and will then invest in new companies.

@Bezehgombjuderstimme "Lump risk his great-grandfather"
I can't take any more 😂

@Shiya Courage must be rewarded, right?
1
profile image
@Ombre89 But how do you come up with such a blatant investment?

Everyone is talking about diversification. You have $XLY 😂
8
profile image
@Epi Haha, yes, only a few days ago as a small gamble. 😂 And directly -25%.

profile image
@Shiya Watch out for the self-attribution bias!

If 10 people start rolling dice and one of them rolls a 6 three times in a row, this does not mean that he is particularly good at rolling dice.
3
profile image
@Epi what have you learned?
profile image
@leveragegrinding Reading, writing, arithmetic. And you? 😁
profile image
@Epi Are you serious😂😂 Training or studying?
profile image
@leveragegrinding Study. Why?
profile image
@Epi no idea, interested 😂
You know how to work scientifically, implement classical investment theory and seem to be interested in behavioral psychology, so I was curious if and how you get there outside of a business degree.
1
profile image
@leveragegrinding Apart from scientific work, my approach has little to do with my degree subject. Business studies was never for me. 😅

But since I started earning significantly more money than I need a few years ago, I wanted to buy myself a lifetime with it and retire much earlier. But that's only possible with excess returns and under-risk. And that's where I need financial science: macroeconomics, financial market theory, portfolio theory and market psychology. The publications here help me to sort things out for myself and sometimes have nice people like you sort them out even better. 🙏

Still going quite well too. My IRR has been relatively constant at 35%pa since 2021. If this continues, I can reach my goal in 3-4 years. And then in 10 years I can start an academy.🤞
profile image
@Epi The Epi Academy? :)

So you don't think business studies/ economics is sooo bad after all ;)
but respect, 35% without trading is really good.

What did you actually study?
profile image
@leveragegrinding Well, business administration and economics aren't even called sciences. 😅
I use a few tools from them and rather try to understand the paradigm in which economists think in order to exploit the gaps - a bit like I described in my Momentum post. 😏
Where do you learn to understand and criticize paradigms if not in philosophy?

I'm very happy with the 35%pa (even if past performance doesn't tell you much and complacency makes you sluggish). But as I said, that's including deposits, which account for another 10-15%pa. In the long term, I would like to keep my entire portfolio at 20%pa. It is possible, my 5 strategies all have an uncorrelated long term performance of 15-30%pa. To understand such statements, you simply need financial science. 😅

And I wouldn't say "without trading". I have a trading portfolio in which I trade on a weekly basis from time to time and in my GTAA portfolios I trade on a monthly basis. Only day trading is too demanding, time-consuming and, to be honest, conceptually boring for me. But there are aspects of day trading that I enjoy, as you know. 👍
Congratulations and hopefully Rocket Lab will go to €60 next year. You have to have as much balls as you. 🎉🥳

@strategy_savant_1068 Perhaps as early as the end of the year, once Neutron has been successfully tested. ☺️

@Shiya wanted to buy Rocket Lab at 6€. I saw it running away... 🙂‍↕️

@strategy_savant_1068 I bought at 6€. 😅

@Shiya also reached the next 10 today, but I'm not sure if I should post the portfolio
profile image
@PikaPika0105 you don't have to if it's too private for you
profile image
@Shiya yes, I never know so I prefer not to post absolute values. Everyone can still see my positions and weighting. Rocket Lab is now up 722%.
1
profile image
@PikaPika0105 then you're already a millionaire 😍
profile image
@Semos25 haha I wish with 20, but plan to reach the 1 mio with 30. I'm fully committed to growth :)

@PikaPika0105 How much further to the 100k?

@Shiya still 40

@capanz02 Im considering to sell a small amount, maybe 10%. But Im still unsure because I believe the stock will rise up to 100$ in 1-2 years

What a shame that you have to pay 26.4% tax. Would be different with Bitcoin :)
