Since there were some inquiries about the split at $NOVO B in $NOVO B (+2.34%) there are.

The split with the factor 2 is already stored in the database.

It is not technically possible for us to perform ISIN transfers, so some manual rework is necessary in this case.

The procedure is as follows:

1. find the purchase transaction(s) from $NOVO B out.

2. now open the transaction(s) to edit them.

3. next you insert the new ISIN of $NOVO B (+2.34%) and select the company from the dropdown menu.

4. the number of shares remains the same and the buy in remains the same

5. now save

After that, our system will automatically perform the split and the return will be recalculated.

ALTERNATIVE for people for whom saving does not work.

1. go to the securities page of $NOVO B

2. now go to the tab "portfolio

3. there you see the average purchase price (remember!)

4. now you create a sale for all shares (just use "sell all") on 13.09.2023.

5. you enter the average purchase price as the selling price.

6. all shares of the old listing have been derecognized value-neutrally

7. now you create a purchase for $NOVO B (+2.34%) with the same number of shares at the old average purchase price. 8.

8. our system will now perform the split

9. the yield is now continued and the old dividends are retained

FAQ:

1. we do not know how long the rebookings and splits take at the brokers. Therefore, for people with open banking, the new shares that are entered may be sold first. Once your broker has done the rebooking, you can simply delete the sale.

2. you can't save the changed transaction? Then it is best to try another terminal or browser. We have tested this procedure several times under IOS, Firefox (Windows and MacOS), Chrome (Windows and MacOS) and Safari (MacOS).

3. dividends are automatically re-recorded after changing the ISIN. Just wait and see.

4. nothing to do with Open Banking, just wait and see.

This time, unfortunately, the split is a bit more involved than usual, because the nature of the transfers is a bit different.

@Kundenservice Thanks for the explanation. Unfortunately, saving did not work for me in Safari, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Neither on the Iphone nor on the PC. And now?

@Since1887 I have everything re-entered or created. instead of edited...ultra annoying but has worked.

@Kundenservice the buy in is now 49.74 but the ISN has not changed.... Hope you have a user friendly solution ready
@Dreamliner means that you also edited the dividend payments or am I making a thinking error?

profile image
@Since1887 as @Dreamliner has said: Delete transaction and create again with new ISIN. Unfortunately, everything else did not work for me either.
@Dreamliner oh ha. Then I rather expect a solution from the @Kundenservice
profile image
@Dreamliner How long did it take you to adjust the yield?
profile image
@jannic12 directly. Pair minutes

@Since1887 Are there any adblockers or other plugins active?

@Since1887 Dividends will be automatically reposted after the purchases are reposted. :)

@Kundenservice web yes. Android no

@Kundenservice So the problem that you can not save the edited transaction was already with the ISIN change of $LIN, now it is at $NOVO B again so. Such a basic function must be able to be fixed or not?

profile image
@ad_absurdum As written above: We have tested it on various operating systems and browsers. It works without any problems (we only did not have an Android device at hand.) Especially in the browser, ad blockers and the like can of course impair the functions.
1
@Kundenservice So for me it is IOS - app where it still does not work. Strange 😅
profile image
@ad_absurdum Do you also remember that after entering the ISIN $NOVO B must be selected from the dropdown?
@Kundenservice Yes, I did that, but nothing happens when you press save.

I also had to delete the purchase transaction and create a new one. Unfortunately, the dividend payments are now gone, although I have specified the correct purchase date... is probably difficult, since they run on a different ISIN. Overall very unsatisfactory unfortunately.
4
profile image
@Escalade correction, the dividend is now back one day later.

profile image
@Kundenservice I have deleted the old entries and have entered the share with the new ISIN. I have halved the share price. I left the shares the same. Now the shares and the total amount are correct. However, the buy in price is half of the actual buy in price and so the return is calculated way too high. I implemented it yesterday. What is the reason?

profile image
@jannic12 I have the same problem. Do you have a solution in the meantime?
profile image
@11Js-Referat No, unfortunately not.
profile image
Thanks for the explanation, unfortunately for me not a customer friendly solution as I have been running a savings plan for a while and would have to follow up on umpteen transactions... can't I just deposit the Old Novo B at the split date with the buy in value as a sell and enter it as a buy with the same buy in divided by 2 and double the number at the new ISIN?

@DaNiO habs just tried, unfortunately get afterwards a message that there is an error in the sale transaction. This supposedly simple solution does not work at least for me. However, I also have proportional shares. Possibly it works with whole shares 🫠
profile image
@DaNiO Well, with buying and selling you would realize profits/losses, which influences the performance.
profile image
@Staatsmann No, if you take the BuyIn as the selling price you realize nothing. I also had the plan, but thanks to error message did not work. Perhaps it is due to the too large deviation from the current price.
1
profile image
@Lur Ah, sorry, I read it wrong 😅 Or made a mistake in thinking.
profile image
@DaNiO There is a button "sell all" in the menu for sales. This leaves no remainder and therefore no erroneous transaction. :)
profile image
@Kundenservice I had done so via the button sell everything, unfortunately still resulted in an error message with -0.000000000001 residual share...
profile image
The description is misleading, now is used sounds like automatically.so I just have to edit and save? If not writes but please selects the ISIN itself and halves the purchase price itself

@TimundStruppi Is adjusted, thanks for the hint!

Very tedious everything. Weakly implemented by getquin 🫤

@BregisMoon Other splits without ISIN change run automatically, fortunately!

@Kundenservice
By halving the purchase price but keeping the same number of shares purchased, my profit is no longer correct. I simply re-entered all purchases on the Android phone with the halved price, same number of shares and the new ISIN. Everything worked as it should. But the result is bad. My profits are too high by half the purchase price.

@Kundenservice it does not work for me with Android either
1
profile image
@Marceless Please try it in the browser. :)
profile image
@Kundenservice can you also solve this on the smartphone? Was never inside the browser :D
profile image
@Marceless Are the same access data only something different layout. :) If something is broken on Android, the exact cause must first be investigated and then a new app version must be released.

Since the split, no daily chart is displayed for me (Android). What is the reason for this?
1
profile image
@Jan_Drosch The old ISIN has been delisted and is therefore no longer tradable. Accordingly, there is no longer a chart for the old ISIN. The chart is continued with the new ISIN.
profile image
@Kundenservice I use the new ISIN DK0062498333. Still no daily chart, so must have other reasons.
1
profile image
@Jan_Drosch yes exactly the same with me. no daily chart possible
1
profile image
@Jan_Drosch @six The new ISIN is not yet listed on the L&S Exchange. We get our real-time prices from there, so anything that is not listed there has no real-time prices. :) However, since the previous $NOVO B was listed on the L&S Exchange, we assume that the new one will be as well.
profile image
@Kundenservice ok, then the matter would be round. With the ING, however, also the ISIN used by me is used. Then hangs somehow the whole troop or how may I understand that? Is after all already ne week ago the split...
profile image
@Jan_Drosch We do not know when and if the L&S Exchange will include ISIN DK0062498333. It is also possible that they will refrain from doing so. However, since ING can also access Xetra for real-time quotes, there are of course corresponding daily quotes available there. :)
profile image
@Kundenservice Hm... I wonder if that is correct. So are your sources incomplete then? With ING, I actually have the correct daily chart.
profile image
BTW, what does 'L&S Exchange' stand for ?
profile image
@Jan_Drosch The L&S Exchange is the German stock exchange Lang&Schwarz. https://www.ls-x.de/de/ We obtain our real-time prices from there. We obtain other data via the respective home exchanges of the securities.

@Escalade but is the dividend with you also only half ?

@DaNiO @Kundenservice novo also runs via savings plans for me. If you now leave everything as it is, the auto connection does not smooth out i.wann?

Wouldn't that also be a possibility and enter it in GQ like this: On the day/day before the stock split, enter all shares as sold-at the entry price-then the realized profit would be zero. And enter the new "shares x2 and at half of the entry price" on the day of the split as bought. Then the gain in value (which you had with the old share) should be correct again. The old dividends would also be preserved. Or do I have a thinking error here?

I also had my problems and what helped me was the following: Deleted transaction and resynchronized securities account. Afterwards the shares were booked with the new ISIN and the split was correctly taken into account in the value.

Have now tested it as in the description. Once directly in the app on Android and then mobile in the browser (Firefox and Chrome). In all three cases, nothing happens when you click on Save after the change. Has the description changed since my last attempt @Kundenservice? I thought that previously it said that you should halve the purchase price?
profile image
In my case (solution 2), after selling all shares, it is displayed that I now have -1.5 shares in the portfolio! How can that be? Have clicked on transactions normally on sell all.
Show answer
@Kundenservice In my case, the split has already been carried out, i.e. the shares have been doubled. In solution 2, do I now book out all shares with "sell all" and then book half again on 13.09.2023? So, the number before the split?

@Kundenservice a little late but I have now done as described above but nothing is right. Does that just take a moment until the split is made automatically? If not can you please take a look at my profile? Thanks
