If you earn less than 3k net here, you belong to the "getquin low earners".

What do my "low earners" do for a living and what do you earn net?

@cashmitkopf I'm still at the very beginning and am still learning how to behave on getquin. :-) I am open to constructive criticism

@savvy_investor_60 Which post was bad? I only made one post that nobody liked and that was the chat GPT post. It went through the roof, it has to be said

@Michael-official Let the tide take you and the issue be over now. I only mentioned encouragement and nothing against you. The last posts were better and that's that

There's no Tinder here and you can sort out on Po**H**

@Wojtek How did you come up with the comparison with Tinder and Pornhub? Because a female account asks about income, do you think directly of "golddiggers"? 😅 Maybe it's just a way to combat pay inequality when salaries are more freely available (this is especially important for women and young professionals).

@Wojtek what a stupid comment

@Nik Stupid comment with the low-income earner -> Stupid comment in response. But it's fair.

@Staatsmann The wage injustice is deeply rooted in German collective agreements.
profile image
@KleinviehmachtMist Well, there is less collective bargaining coverage than you might think and even with collective bargaining coverage there is plenty of scope to classify people as "cheaper".
profile image
@Staatsmann is more likely to be the case in companies with no/bad works council. This was discussed at our last works meeting (as the works council has access to salaries) and it was pointed out that women and men are paid the same on average. If someone negotiates less often, it's their fault. Maybe it's different for me in IT than in many other industries.
profile image
@Staatsmann Anyone who is poorly classified today is simply too lazy to look for a new job. I'm now not only competing on price, but also on salary.
profile image
@KleinviehmachtMist There are always people who can't "sell" themselves or simply don't know any better.

I am an optician earning 1800 net, but I am currently continuing my professional training (20 years young)

@Chris2003 If you work at Fielmann or something like that: Do you actually get commission? 😅
profile image
@Staatsmann No, at Fielmann you don't get any commission as a salesperson👍

profile image
@GHGInvestor You are not a "salesperson" there, there is much more to the profession of optician. Your eyes are measured, you can have a medical examination or be fitted for contact lenses.

@income_magician_28 was about the low-income earners in relation to the Getquin community. And I think there was a bit of irony in the post 😅
