You tried to connect your portfolio with getquin and it didn't work? We have compiled the most common problem causes for you so that you can take full advantage of the getquin app as quickly as possible.
In any case, try the following solutions first:
- When searching for your custodian bank in the search mask, check that the BIC matches the BIC of your custodian bank. Comdirect, for example, has several BICs:
- Make sure that you enter your access data correctly. An indicator that they were entered incorrectly is that you were not asked for a legitimation procedure after entering them.
- Activate incognito mode/private surfing mode and try again. Most problems of a technical nature can be ruled out this way.
- Log out of the app and log in again.
