@Randolffff Haha, nice to see you remembered it. I share this in the videos I make on youtube, which is why I don't share it on here. I now have just under €15,000 in debt with Duo.
If I look ahead then, when I stop borrowing I will have a debt of €25,000 and total invested assets of +- €85,000.

@WegNaarWelvaart1 yes because you pay interest on debt and that brings down your profit interest. Rule 1 according to warren buffet is don't lose money. That's kind of how I got there....
