Presumably because there is no demand for it 😉 Correct me if I'm wrong, but my bank advisor explained to me at the time that the broker first buys whole shares and then books in fractions for the customer. That's why there were so few savings plans at Volksbank back then. I don't know if that's really the case. That's why you could only buy whole shares at Volksbank back then if they weren't eligible for savings plans.

I think it is due to the closed trading centers. Try it out at $KSPI. I have a savings plan on there and couldn't set it up at first.
