@market_miura don't you see the german real estate sector as a threat? Who will buy real estate if the costs continue like this?

@Investingyoung Unlike real estate companies, Scout24 has no buildings 🏘️. This means less capital tied up, a high return on capital, high margins and less risk due to real estate prices.

Real estate continues to be sold, rented or bought, despite crises or bubbles. The biggest danger ⚠️ would be if interest rates rise sharply again, but I don't see that happening yet.

I'd rather go for Rea group, that way I'll also have a nice Australian share
