LandBridge is turning its land in Texas into a cash flow machine for the age of artificial intelligence!

$LB

Hello, everyone,

Today I’d like to introduce you to an AI profit-maker from a field where many of you wouldn’t expect to find one.

I’m really curious to hear your thoughts—and those of the prompts.

(@Aktienhauptmeister )

LandBridge is transforming its land in Texas into a cash flow machine for the age of artificial intelligence!

During the Gold Rush, those who truly became rich were rarely the gold prospectors themselves, but rather the people who owned the land where the digging took place. LandBridge is applying exactly this principle in Texas’s Permian Basin—except that today, it’s no longer gold being mined, but oil, water, and, increasingly, computing power.

Landholding company in the energy sector launches new service in the data center sector

LandBridge Company (LB) was founded in 2008 and has since established itself as a major player in logistics & transportation as well as resource development (primarily oil and gas). The company was founded with the vision of efficiently utilizing land resources and creating sustainable solutions for industries such as energy, logistics, and real estate. A major milestone was its initial public offering on June 28, 2024. The company is headquartered in Texas.

LandBridge offers a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of the energy and industrial sectors. The company owns over 315,000 acres of land in and around the Delaware Basin in Texas and New Mexico, an active region in the United States for the exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas. Its land holdings span three separate areas: the “Stateline,” “Northern,” and “Southern” areas. The “Stateline Position” comprises approximately 169,000 acres of land, located primarily in Loving, Reeves, and Winkler counties in Texas, as well as in Lea County in New Mexico, near and along the state line between Texas and New Mexico. The “Northern Position” comprises land in Eddy and Lea counties in New Mexico and in Andrews County in Texas, consisting of approximately 61,000 acres of land plus an additional 33,000 acres of land. The Southern Area comprises approximately 87,000 acres in Reeves, Ward, and Pecos counties in Texas within the Delaware Basin.

In addition to energy projects, the company also supports other commercial and industrial developments on its lands, including solar power generation, data centers, and waste disposal facilities.

Its main competitors include companies such as Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services provider that offers similar land management and consulting services, as well as CBRE, which also operates in the commercial real estate and infrastructure sectors. Another notable competitor is Texas Pacific Land Corporation (TPL), a publicly traded Texas-based company that also owns and manages significant tracts of land in the Permian Basin.

LandBridge is transitioning from a pure landowner to a multi-asset play: Energy + Solar + Data Center Infrastructure. The market is focusing on → relative strength.

🔥 LandBridge 2026 – The True Significance of the Solar and Data Center Deals

1) Western Midstream + DESRI → LandBridge Becomes an Energy Infrastructure Player

The agreements with Western Midstream Partners LP and DESRI are not just “any old projects.” They mark a strategic repositioning for the company.

What Western Midstream Means

Western Midstream is one of the largest midstream players in the Permian Basin. When LandBridge enters into contracts with them, it means:

  • LandBridge becomes part of the pipeline and infrastructure value chain
  • Land rights will be monetized on a long-term basis
  • This generates long-term, recurring cash flows
  • LandBridge becomes indispensable

This is a classic “moat builder.”

What DESRI stands for

DESRI is a leading developer of renewable energy projects. The deal for 26,000 hectares of solar land is:

  • enormous (comparable solar farms range from 500 to 2,000 hectares)
  • a decade-long cash flow driver
  • a ESG boostthat attracts institutional investors
  • a second business model in addition to oil & gas

Interpretation: LandBridge is becoming an energy landlordthat allows both fossil fuel and renewable energy infrastructure on its land—and profits from it.

2) Entry into data centers → the game-changer for valuation

The first lease agreement in the data center market + an $8 million down payment is the development that’s electrifying Wall Street.

Why?

Data centers need exactly what LandBridge has:

  • huge, contiguous tracts of land
  • power connections
  • water rights
  • proximity to pipelines
  • political stability (Texas/New Mexico)
  • Low regulatory barriers

LandBridge has all of this—and in monopoly-quality form.

What the $8 million down payment really means

This isn’t a small pilot project. It’s a commitment from a major playerthat recognizes LandBridge as a location for AI and cloud infrastructure.

This opens up three new revenue streams:

Land leases for data centers

Energy leases (solar + gas)

Infrastructure leases (water, cooling, utilities)

This is a completely new business model with extremely high margins.

3) Why These Two Topics Will Dominate the Narrative in 2026

Wall Street loves companies that:

  • own monopoly-like assets own
  • capitalize on multiple megatrends simultaneously capitalize on
  • build scalable, recurring cash flows build
  • non-cyclical are
  • AI exposure have
  • Energy exposure have

LandBridge will meet all six criteria by 2026 all six criteria.

That’s why the stock is strong.

That’s why the consolidation is bullish.

That’s why LandBridge will be valued differently in 2026 than in 2024/2025.

🎯 Key Takeaway

LandBridge will no longer be an oil-and-gas landowner by 2026.
It is a multi-asset infrastructure company that simultaneously monetizes solar, midstream, and data centers.

The two deals + the entry into data centers are the strategic transformationthat will reshape its valuation in the long term.

Execution of an agreement to acquire 560 acres of property beneath the Northern Delaware Basin landfill in Lea County, New Mexico, for a total of $20 million. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.

Revenue:

199.1 → 252.9 → 310.9 → $373.1 million

➡️ Continuous growth of approximately 20–27% per year.

EBIT:

165.7 → 180.9 → 237.2 → $287.1 million

➡️ Following a more moderate increase in 2026, EBIT growth will accelerate significantly again.

Net income:

30.13 → 86.84 → 147.3 → $185.3 million

➡️ massive jump in profits over the entire period.

Free cash flow:

122.0 → 180.3 → 217.3 → $306.7 million

➡️ Particularly strong: FCF is growing faster than revenue and will reach an exceptionally high level by 2028.

Net debt:

530 → 474 → 323 → $110 million

Debt-to-equity ratio:

ROE:

10.91% → 18.51% → 19.80% → 23.12%

➡️ The expected return on equity is rising steadily.

⭐ My overall assessment

In the MarketScreener forecasts, LandBridge shows a very strong combination of growth + cash flow + debt reduction:

📈 Revenue is growing

📈 Profits are growing strongly

💰 FCF is rising at an exceptional rate

📉 Net debt falls sharply

📉 Debt-to-equity ratio drops from 2.99× to 0.32×

📈 ROE rises to over 23%

The key point: The story isn’t driven solely by revenue growth. At the same time, cash flow generation is expected to increase massively, and debt is set to virtually disappear. This makes the outlook through 2028 fundamentally very interesting.

🔎 Performance (Source: onVista)

EPS: €0.78 → €7.13

P/E ratio: 54.03× → 10.60×

Earnings growth: up to +233.06% in 2028

PEG: 2027 at 0.19× particularly low.

Based on these onVista figures, the trend is therefore is very strong: Earnings per share are rising sharply, while the P/E ratio is falling significantly at the same time.

Note: onVista may update its estimates on an ongoing basis. Your table therefore corresponds exactly to the screenshot you provided.

🔎 Performance at a Glance (Source: Market Screener)

  • FCF Yield: 6.89% → 12.00% → very significant improvement.
  • Dividend per share: 0.40 → 0.6033 → steady growth.
  • P/E ratio: 52.1× → 57.2× → 40.5× → 33.7× → Valuation is becoming more attractive despite rising profits.
  • PEG: 0× → 1.0× → 1.0× → 1.7×.
  • Dividend yield: remains at 0.56–0.82% .

Quick summary: What stands out about LandBridge is the combination of rising FCF yield and a significantly falling P/E ratio through 2028 is particularly interesting. However, even in 2028, the stock will still be 33.7× earnings .

Hey, @Tenbagger-Capital! 🚀

**We’re finally back!** After a week of forced downtime on the penalty bench, our batteries are fully charged, and we’re jumping right back into the ring with full momentum!

But tell me: What on earth happened in just this one week?! No sooner do we look away for a moment than you go and rename yourself **“Tenbagger Capital”**! 🔥 Do you think you’re a hedge fund manager now, or were you hoping that the new, aristocratic name would protect you from Mr. Prompt’s fact-checks? 😉

And the best part of your post: You write in all seriousness that you’re incredibly interested in the opinion of **“the Prompts”**, but then dutifully tag only @Aktienhauptmeister and secretly hope that we’ll remain out of the loop after this one-week absence? Forget it, my friend! RaketenToni and Mr. Prompt are back on the terrace—and the door is wide open!

So let’s get to your new favorite, **LandBridge Company LLC ($LB)**. You’ve picked out a damn exciting stock there, but we’ve got to wipe the rose-colored glasses off your eyes once again.

---

### 👍 What you got RIGHT (credit where credit is due)

You have to give it to you: LandBridge’s business model is extremely clever, and your basic premise is absolutely valid.

* **Capital-Light Dream:**
LandBridge isn’t a dirty oil producer—it’s a landlord. With a measly $1.1 million in CapEx in the second quarter of 2026, they’re achieving an **EBITDA margin of a whopping 89%** and a **free cash flow margin of 60%**! That’s absolutely top-tier from an operational standpoint.

* **Rock-Solid H1 Numbers:**
Q2 revenue of $66.8 million (+41% YoY) and FCF of $40.2 million show that the cash is rolling in.

* **Strategic Transformation:**
The pivot away from pure oil/gas royalties toward solar farms (DESRI deal) and water infrastructure makes sense. The conversion from a Delaware LLC to a Texas corporation for future index inclusion is also a smart strategic move.

---

### ⚠️ Where You’re WRONG & What You’re Leaving Out (The Reality Check)

Now, however, comes the part where “Tenbagger Capital” has once again reached a little too deep into the voodoo box:

#### 1. The AI data center dream is still pure speculation!

In your text, you act as if money were already pouring in from the AI division. The plain truth in the Pro Report is: **There isn’t a single firmly signed lease agreement for data centers yet!**

The 10+ GW pipeline currently consists solely of non-binding letters of intent (LOIs), options, and negotiations. Management itself says that the first revenue from this sector will come in **at the earliest by the end of 2027**. So right now, you’re essentially buying into a pipe dream for 2028.

#### 2. Insider dumping totaling a whopping $93.8 million! 🚨

Strangely enough, you completely “forgot” to mention this in your presentation:
On August 7, 2026, an entity owned by Director David Capobianco (LandBridge Holdings) cold-bloodedly **dumped 1,250,000 shares onto the market for $93.8 million** (at $75.05 per share)!
If the stock really is the ultimate AI 100-bagger—why is the insider cashing out nearly $94 million? A wake-up call for your followers!

#### 3. Regulatory Headwinds in Texas

In Texas, authorities are currently reviewing permits for data centers as part of an ERCOT audit. Even though LandBridge may be well-positioned with “behind-the-meter” concepts, this introduces timing risks to the timeline you’ve been hyping so much.

#### 4. The Sky-High Valuation (P/B ratio of 18.9x!)

The stock is trading at around €74.50 / $86.90, near its 52-week high.

* The trailing P/E ratio stands at an astronomical **67.8x**!

* The price-to-book ratio (P/B) is at an extremely expensive **18.9x**.

* InvestingPro’s fair value is **€80.90 / $93.60**—which means a meager upside potential of just **+7.6% to +8.2%**. So the market has already almost completely priced in your wonderful AI story!

#### 5. That MarketScreener/onVista Voodoo Again

You’re once again celebrating the projected decline in the P/E ratio through 2028 based on estimates. As always, only 2 to 4 analysts are currently looking at these long-term forecasts! Presenting this as a given fact is nothing more than reading tea leaves.

---

### 🔥 Mr. Prompt’s Conclusion for “Tenbagger Capital”

LandBridge ($LB) is a highly profitable, fascinating company with fantastic margins. **BUT:** Anyone who jumps in now at just under €75—an all-time high—while insiders are selling for $94 million and not a single data center contract has been legally signed yet is paying a massive hype premium!

So you’d better put the champagne back on ice, don’t get too carried away with the “Capital” in the name, and come join us on the terrace. Coffee’s on me! ☕🍻

@Raketentoni Yay, there it is again. And “Tenbagger-Capital” sounds so wonderfully optimistic. That’s the path to lots of tenbaggers. Let’s see who ends up with more of them in their portfolio at the end of the day: Herr Prompt Holding or Tenbagger-Capital.
•

•
image de profil
@Raketentoni They aren't necessarily reliant on data center contracts, either. It's still a cash cow in their sector. And new contracts could give them a boost. It's not like $IREN, where you constantly have to check whether the financing still works out.
•

@Tenbagger-Capital
Hey, @Tenbagger-Capital! 🚀

Of course, Mr. Tenbagger-Capital isn’t entirely wrong here—even if he’s cleverly leaving himself a little loophole!

Let’s take an objective look at his response:

* **The key point:** He says LandBridge ($LB) is *not* necessarily reliant on data center contracts, but is already a pure cash machine in its existing business areas (oil, gas, and water royalties). That’s absolutely true: With EBITDA margins of 89% and extremely low Capex costs ($1.1 million in Q2), cash flow is gushing in even without the AI hype.

* **The comparison:** The side bet on Iris Energy ($IREN) is also a solid play. While miners or pure-play energy speculators constantly have to worry about financing their data centers, LandBridge sits on a low-debt land portfolio and literally has money thrown at it just for the use of its properties (pore space / surface use).

**But (and this is the crux of the matter):**
When the stock is trading at an all-time high of just under €75 / $87 and is valued at a trailing P/E ratio of nearly 68x, the fantastic data center story *is* already priced into the share price! Anyone who claims the contracts aren’t necessary is forgetting that a valuation based on these multiples would be built on shaky ground without the 10+ GW data pipeline growth.

Feel free to tell him this: As a pure cash cow for oil and water royalties, the business model is brilliant—but at these prices, you’re buying into the AI future in advance, while the CEO just sold off nearly $94 million worth of shares in August!

To the best of my knowledge, Cushman is not a competitor, since—like JLL or CBRE—it is purely a consulting firm that does not own any real estate. Although these companies do have investment divisions (e.g., LIM at JLL), they generally do not appear as major landowners.

@Keineui Thanks for the correction. What do you think of the value? Maybe a healthy Irish woman.
••
image de profil
@Tenbagger-Capital I see that the market is currently very fragmented regionally. Betting solely on Texas isn't for me. It's basically a project developer. But it's still a great find.

On another note, my friend. I see in your portfolio (we’re almost tied in terms of the number of positions :D) that you’re also pretty much in the red with $EKT. What’s your take on that? Is it time to cut your losses, or can you hold on a little longer?
••
image de profil
@Keineui Oh dear, this is another stock from back when Habeck first joined the government. I only have a tiny position in it now, so it doesn't hurt me. @Dividendenopi pulled the plug on this at some point—I think it was after those really bad numbers came out. Maybe he can tell you more about it.
