Sell or hold?

Hello everyone,

Walgreens has agreed to a takeover and will be delisted in the near future for $11 + a possible $3 performance related bonus.

Would you hold the stock until it is delisted and automatically sold or sell now?

Dividend has been completely canceled

am about 50% down

I don't know exactly yet. In any case, I won't sell prematurely. I should receive a letter from the bank at some point with more detailed information.

Hold

There is currently no reason to sell as the price is "stuck" at this level for the time being and one would otherwise miss out on the possible bonus of 3$, should there actually be a "bonus" at the end due to the sale of VillageMD.
